David Norris is a Partner with the law firm Cohen Norris Wolmer Ray Telepman Berkowitz & Cohen. He graduated from the University of Florida with a major in accounting in 1980 and a law degree in 1982, and is a member of The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the American Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
